Virtual Refurb has been developed to help building owners increase the potential value of their assets without undertaking costly construction.

If you have a building that looks tired and dated chances are that potential leasees will recognise this and look elsewhere for new business premises. More often than not a leasing agent will begin by showing interested parties a photo. Replace that photo with a Virtual Refurb image and you are showing something much more attractive and more likely to lead to further interest. A better looking building is more likely to attract a better, higher paying tenant!

Once negotiations start a Virtual Refurb can be fine tuned to suit a leasees specific requirements. It can be done on the facade only or can be extended to cover the whole building including the interior. The 3D model created in Archicad will then be used to draft the documentation required to obtain Building Consent and Resource Consent, saving you on design fees, as the 3D modeling is a large component of any design project.

A Virtual Refurb on the facade of a medium sized two to three story building should cost between $1000 & $1500 + GST. Compared with the price of a full refurbishment it's a small price to pay for getting prospective tenants to see the true potential of your building.
