Architectural design and drafting is all about communication. It's our job to put down on paper exactly what our clients want to achieve, so the builder can quickly understand the job and turn your ideas into reality.

Before construction begins, compliance with the New Zealand Building Code must be demonstrated to the local council or territorial authority so they can issue a Building Consent.

Some jobs also require Resource Consent, the processing of which can run concurrently with the processing of the building consent. We have experience with Resource Consent applications from simple height plane breaches to complex multi unit developments with zoning, density & other issues.
